Woodlodge Evron Egg pot Glazed 30cms Green

Description

The Woodlodge Evron Egg Pot in Glazed Green is a striking statement piece that brings contemporary style to any garden or patio. Standing at 30cm tall, this distinctively shaped pot combines elegant proportions with practical functionality, making it ideal for displaying specimen plants, architectural foliage, or vibrant seasonal displays. The glossy glaze finish in sophisticated green adds depth and visual interest whilst the substantial size allows you to create impressive planting schemes that really catch the eye.

This versatile pot works beautifully as a standalone feature or grouped with complementary planters for maximum impact. The generous 30cm height makes it perfect for growing a wide range of plants, from bold structural specimens like cordylines and phormiums to flowing trailing plants and colourful perennials. The egg shape naturally draws the eye and works particularly well positioned at focal points in borders, on decking, or flanking entrances and garden pathways.

Being a frost-resistant ceramic pot, the Evron is durable enough for year-round outdoor display across the UK, though you may wish to move tender plants indoors during the harshest winter months. Ensure adequate drainage by using quality potting compost and adding crocks to the base before planting. Water regularly during the growing season, particularly in warm weather, as container plants dry out more quickly than in-ground plantings. In winter, reduce watering significantly as plants require far less moisture when dormant.

The glazed finish is easy to maintain and resists weathering, though like all outdoor pottery it will develop a natural patina over time, adding to its charm. This pot represents an excellent investment for anyone looking to add sculptural interest and professional polish to their garden design scheme.
